Survey for the Alternate ROOTS Executive Leadership Search

Alternate ROOTS would like your perspective on what are the most important characteristics of a new Executive Leader for ROOTS.  While the job description of an Executive Director is all-encompassing as the staff leader of an organization, no one individual will have equal strength in every aspect of the organization’s work.

The purpose of this survey is to inform the Executive Leader Search Advisory Task Force as they interview and vet candidates for the position.  Responses to the survey will help shape the job announcement.
