SEIU Healthcare Bargaining Survey - Reno

This year, Nevada passed a staffing ratios bill for RNs and CNAs and creating staffing committees for ancillary and techs—but the Governor vetoed it. That won’t stop us. As we head into bargaining, we have the chance to win the recruitment, retention, and safe staffing standards our patients and coworkers deserve.
This survey is how we set our priorities. What you share will shape our proposals and make us stronger at the table. Together, we’ll fight for contracts that fix understaffing, reduce turnover, and make hospital jobs sustainable for the long term.
.
A fair contract is only possible with a strong, united membership. Your voice matters and as a member, it’s important you and your coworkers prioritize the issues we will take forward.
