A nominee need only be nominated once to be considered for a category award.
An individual can be nominated for multiple categories. Separate nominations are required for each category they are nominated in.
Nominees will be judged by the quality of the answers they provide in the nomination form.
Judges may require additional information other than that provided in the nomination form, and may need to contact the nominee to do so.
