Thank you for completing this Greater Dayton Partners for the Environment member assessment. Results of the assessment will be shared with members in October as the Steering Committee considers steps for strengthening our work.

Please take a few minutes to rate Greater Dayton Partners for the Environment on these key aspects of how it works together.
Please note that when you see the word "collaborative" we are referring to the Greater Dayton Partners for the Environment.

Question Title

* 1. Mutual Benefits
The collaborative effort makes its members stronger, rather than stretching them thinner.

Why we ask:
In order to sustain a long-term effort, members must grow stronger internally – in terms of membership, fundraising, political clout, public credit, or other important measures. Otherwise, they can’t continue to contribute.

  5 4 3 2 1
Does this describe your collaborative? (very true= 5, not true = 1)

Question Title

* 2. Trust
Members trust one another enough to disclose their organizational needs, to resolve differences in good faith, and to empower Greater Dayton Partners for the Environment's leaders.

Why we ask:
When collaboratives are new, or distrust reigns, needs go unspoken and often surface later in disguise, causing problems (i.e. battles over who takes credit.) Members then slow decision-making and exert more control.
