Purpose The Hawaiʻi State Executive Office on Aging and County Offices on Aging are asking for your input to better understand the needs of older adults in Hawaiʻi. Your responses will help improve programs and services for kūpuna and caregivers, and guide future planning at the state and county levels. Objectives This survey will help us:

<li>Understand the main needs and challenges older adults face</li>
<li>Learn about the experiences of caregivers</li>
<li>Improve access to services and support</li>
<li>Identify gaps and barriers in the community</li>
<li>Plan better programs and services for the future</li>
</ul>
