Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor as we explore launching the EPHMRA Young Professional Buddy Scheme.

2.We are looking for a commitment of around 6-8 hours over a 12 month period. Can you commit to mentoring a young professional for 6-8 hours over a 12 month period?(Required.)
3.We expect to have Young Professional applicants currently working in both industry and agency roles. Please indicate what type of mentee you would feel comfortable mentoring:(Required.)
4.Please provide a brief overview (maximum of 300 words) of your professional background and areas of expertise that you feel would be most beneficial to a young professional on the Buddy Scheme.(Required.)
