Introduction
The Matrix Consulting Group was selected by the City of Cedar Park to conduct a Police Department Staffing and Strategic Planning Study. Input from the community is essential to the study, and we want to hear about your experiences with CPPD, attitudes toward service levels, and any opportunities for improvement.
The survey is anonymous, and individual responses will not be shared with the City, the Police Department, or anyone outside of the Matrix project team. We will tabulate the responses and present a summary of our findings.
