What a blast it's been interviewing young people and learning from them!

We're now getting excited to create a new season and we want to know what you think.

Young People Giving Adults Advice started from a desire to grow, learn and stay positive through the pandemic. I am an intercultural communications specialist and Tristan an audio addict – so we made a podcast.

These conversations have gone a long way to helping us understand that being fulfilled is about being energised, enthusiastic and engaged. It’s also about listening, dreaming and being curious.

As Martin Seligman - author of The Optimistic Child and founder of Positive Psychology - said,

"Optimism generates hope…hope realises dreams…dreams set goals…enthusiasm follows."
