LITURGY AND EUCHARISTIC DEVOTIONGOAL: Create intentional opportunities for parishioners to know deeper, understand more clearly, and develop a belief in the Church’s teachings on the Eucharist by 2024. EVANGELIZATIONGOAL: Develop a plan for evangelization within our parish and to our local community, including at least 3-5 parish-wide efforts per year. Efforts could include events, programs, talks, book studies, socials, and missions. PARISH FELLOWSHIPGOAL: Create or strengthen 4 to 6 areas of hospitality that will promote a culture of Parish fellowship and community. SUPPORTIVE AND INCLUSIVE CULTUREGOAL: Expand our vibrant and welcoming pastorate life by providing facilities and programs that are supportive and inclusive of all parishioners, especially those in special population groups. COMMUNICATIONSGOAL: Create a unified digital and print communications plan by Winter 2024. OUTREACHGOAL: Increase engagement through acts of service, the offering of time and talent, and addressing societal challenges in the larger community over the next three years.GOAL: Provide multiple and exciting opportunities for adult faith formation beginning in the Fall of 2022.
