Cuddeback School is making plans to re-open the EXCEL After School Program as soon as practicable. Our continued priority will remain the health and safety of our students and staff members.The safety protocols will be the same as the current school regulations: Masks required, cohorts by grade level, physical distancing, no sharing supplies.

A key program re-opening component will be limiting student capacity to 50% of normal, which is 27 students. This is why we are implementing a criteria-based application to limit EXCEL enrollment to students and families that have the highest need for the program.

We plan to operate the after school program Monday-Thursday from 12:15-4:00PM. Students will be required to attend every day until at least 3:ooPM. We will maintain a waiting list and add students to the program as spots become available.

I acknowledge these parameters of this limited version of the after school program, and that my child may need to placed on a waiting list to get into the program.

* 7. We anticipate a high demand with more families wanting into the EXCEL After School Program than we have room for. Therefore, students that are unable to attend every day, or stay until at least 3:00PM, or follow any of the EXCEL rules will be dropped from the program to make room for students on the waiting list.
