The Zion-Benton Public Library is expanding its events in the Hive and we need your help!

A makerspace (also referred to as a hacklab, hackerspace, or fablab) is a community-operated workspace where people with common creative interests, often in computers, technology, science, art or electronic art, crafts, and sewing, can meet, socialize, and collaborate.

ZBPL is considering programs and training classes to be hosted in our makerspace. These programs would provide opportunities for people of all ages to create, experiment and collaborate in a self-directed hands-on learning environment. We feel that the library connects the community to expertise, information and resources to facilitate programs that foster innovation and life-long learning.

* 1. What is your age?

* 2. What type of activities/events would you be interested in our makerspace (The Hive)?

* 3. If lessons or training sessions were provided for any of these activities, which would you prefer?

* 4. What other technologies would you be interested in exploring at the library?

* 5. Any other comments, questions, or suggestions?
