5.Outline the transition journey the business took, including motivations, key goals, research and learning, and any key considerations - financial, governance, people - and any issues or opportunities that you sought to overcome or achieve. (Max 400 words)(Required.)
6.Leadership: Explain how senior leaders were engaged in the transition plan, any succession plans put in place, and how they were supported to build their knowledge to support the transition, their teams and the future business. (Max 250 words)(Required.)
7.Governance: Explain how the business has adopted mechanisms, structures and roles to govern the business in the interests of employees, how the main board and any other governance interact, and how and where this is documented? How well is this understood? (max 250 words)(Required.)
8.Information and Communication: Explain/evidence how employees were informed and engaged, including key information or learning provided pre and post transition. How and where did you share the news of the transition and how well was it received? (Max 250 words)
9.Representation and engagement: Explain what business insight, channels and communication employees can access to share questions, ideas, issues or opportunities, how theses are responded to. How well are these being used, any measures and how do these relate employee wellbeing, motivation (inc. reward) and culture? (Max 300 Words)
10.Impact/evidence of change: Share any feedback, impact measures or insights shared by employee owners or other stakeholders.
