2024-2026 Murdock Trust Peer Leadership Cohorts - Application of Interest

Thank you for your interest in the Murdock Trust’s 2024-2026 Peer Leadership Cohorts.

We are launching two cohorts: Executive Director Leaders of Color and Excelling Beyond the Beginning (a cohort for executive directors in years 3-6). Currently, we are vetting candidates for each cohort comprised of 12 individuals.

The first step is for you to complete the Application of Interest below. For your convenience, here is a link to the Peer Leadership Cohort page as a reminder of the details, learning outcomes, and criteria for cohort participation.

The second step is an interview with John Franklin, Program Director for Non-profit Leadership and Development. After we receive your application, if you meet the minimum required criteria for participation, one of our team members will contact you to set up a virtual interview that will last no longer than 30 minutes.
