We are launching our Executive Director Leaders of Color cohort, which will be comprised of 12 individuals.

The first step is for you to complete the Application of Interest below. For your convenience, here is a link to the Peer Leadership Cohort page as a reminder of the details, learning outcomes, and criteria for cohort participation.

The second step is an interview with John Franklin, Program Director for Nonprofit Leadership and Development. After we receive your application, if you meet the minimum required criteria for participation, one of our team members will contact you to set up a virtual interview that will last no longer than 30 minutes.
