Ascend is a holistic after school program for girls ages 14-23 interested in growing her self-esteem, potential and experiences. Ascend focuses on 5 pillars of learning: leadership, fitness & nutrition, mental health, community service, and outdoor adventures (such as rock climbing and hiking).

Girls will experience classroom learning and outdoor activities taught by Ascend's trained and internationally certified local female instructors. Outdoor activities include rock climbing, hiking, camping, mountaineering, and backpacking.
