I understand and will arrange my own flights to and from Athens as well as any additional accommodation I require up to and including Friday 17 May and on Saturday 25 May and any days thereafter. (Accommodation is included in the retreat from Saturday night 18 May to Friday night 24 May inclusive.)

The full cost of the retreat is €820 (plus €192.50 single supplement, if applicable). A deposit of €495 is payable by 1st November 2018, and the full balance by 1st April 2019.

I live in Australia and will make an ONLINE DEPOSIT to the Rosa Veritas HEADQUARTERS bank account by the required dates (you will be emailed the account details and amount to pay in Australian dollars).

I live in Australia and will pay be CREDIT CARD to Rosa Veritas HEADQUARTERS by the required dates (you will be emailed an invoice with the amount to pay in Australian dollars, including a credit card surcharge of approximately AUD$25 on both the deposit and the balance payments).

I live outside Australia and will arrange INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS into the Rosa Veritas NETHERLANDS bank account by the required dates (you will be emailed the account details and amount to pay in Euros).

Till 70 days before retreat: refund of costs already paid minus € 100 administration charge.

70 to 30 days before the retreat: 50 % of the total costs is due
