New Members: The Marion-Polk System of Care (SOC) Youth Leadership Team welcomes applications for new youth members who have a passion for helping to create positive change in the Marion County and Polk County region. We want young people dedicated to discussing what is going well (and what's not) in the community, helping develop effective solutions for challenges young people face while trying to access needed services and supports, and sharing youth-identified priorities with the other System of Care teams and the broader community.

The Youth Leadership Team is one team, out of five, that makes up the large network of the the System of Care. A whole array of community health professionals and family members make up the additional teams!

Expectation: Members will be expected to actively engage in team meetings and bring their expertise, creative mind, and ability to work together each month. (INSERT COMMITMENT IMPORTANCE)
