Every 1 KILOMETRE OR 1300 STEPS = 15 MINUTES 

To convert kilometres to time, multiply your total kilometres by 15 -  e.g. 20km multiplied by 15 = 300 minutes.

You can also submit your totals in hours by multiplying the total KM's by 0.25.
e.g. 20km multiplied by 0.25 = 5 hours
