The Town and the Avon Water Pollution Control Authority (AWPCA) are exploring and prioritizing future capital projects such as mainline sewer expansions. In an effort to gauge neighborhood interest, the AWPCA has asked for input from the residents of three neighborhoods being considered for mainline expansion.
