Higher Arts Education Initiatives in Solidarity with Ukraine |
ELIA is creating a page on our website that can serve as a platform for the higher arts education community to share good practice and find initiatives and resources in solidary with Ukraine.
If you are organising initiatives fitting one of the following descriptions, please send them through to us by filling in this form:
- solidarity actions (e.g. peace marches, petitions, artistic interventions);
- humanitarian actions (e.g. opening the doors of your institution to refugees, organising fundraising events to provide humanitarian aid);
- offer of student scholarships and/or lecturer, teacher, or researcher positions for refugees from Ukrainian higher arts education institutions;
- any other initiatives aiming to support people in need from, or in, Ukraine, and in particular artists, students and academics of the arts;
- any other initiatives aiming to support Russian artists, students and academics of the arts speaking up against or protesting the war.
We will do what we can to promote your initiatives and activities, by increasing visibility through our network and social media channels. It is hoped this webpage will also inspire other colleagues and member institutions to get involved.
Although we would like to promote every submission, ELIA reserves the right not to include activities.
