Guidelines for Workshop Proposals:
All youth & youth supporters are invited to submit workshop proposals. This is your chance to share your area of expertise with a diverse audience of youth and youth advisers.

Workshops can be either 60 or 90 minutes in length. Audience members may include high school & college students, youth advisers, and affiliate staff. Workshops should be interactive and provide resources that attendees can use on their campus and in their community.

Workshops can cover any topic that will be informative to the attendees. Possible topics include:

- successful fundraising
- chapter & affiliate relationships
- Habitat & faith
- working with your community/campus
- advocacy events & activities
- working with younger youth
- membership retention
- leadership transition
- leading/hosting Collegiate Challenge
- trip reflections

Proposals will be evaluated on their uniqueness and value to the attendees. Only complete proposals will be considered. Please complete a separate form for each workshop proposal. Proposals are due July 30, 2012. You may come back to complete the survey at any time, from the same computer. Accepted proposers will be notified by mid-August.

We will provide limited AV equipment. Materials may be shipped in advance; Habitat will not cover costs of shipping or copying materials. Check out www.habitat.org/gvylc for information on presenter discounts.
