In-country Performance Based Financing (PBF) Experience Survey

According to the WHO, Performance-based financing (PBF) should be viewed as a step in the process of moving systems towards Strategic Purchasing. After several years of implementing PBF in Africa, it has become necessary to take a step back and examine countries’ experience in implementing PBF and lessons that can be learnt therein as it concerns Strategic Purchasing. Through this 6-question survey, we would like to know your thoughts on PBF and its contribution to institutionalizing Strategic Purchasing in Africa.
