PLAYER RATINGS: Over-Rated players Keep current rating system (if you have one player rated over the team rating, you can have 2 players rated at team level, and ALL other players must be rated below team rating.) Example: On a 3.5 team, you can have ONE 4.0 player, TWO 3.5 players, and ALL others MUST be rated 3.0 or below.
