Devlin Technology Park Survey: Community Amenities
The 270-acre property off Devlin Road is now being reimagined as a technology campus (to include data centers) that adds employment opportunities and tax revenue to the community.
After receiving feedback from our community survey, it is now being considered to reduce the footprint of the technology area and expand the distance between the Technology Park and Chris Yung Elementary School by creating an 85-acre community recreation area.
