For many undertaking a career in the music, the prospect of openly discussing concerns, experiences and exposure to the risk factors inherent within the music business are an enormous obstacle. Face The Music present a curated closed-door workshop/discussion for 30 people to share and openly discuss mental health for musicians and those who work in the music industry. The session will combine the experiences of career artists, mental health professionals and medical staff to discuss the tactics, required support network and mindset behind how to maintain health whilst pursuing a career in the arts.

All participants will be assured of: 

  • Complete anonymity.
  • Appropriate Trigger & Content Warnings.
  • No audio or visual recordings of the session in any form. 
  • On-site counselling available immediately afterwards.
