This registration form is for an apartment building (strata scheme) to express its interest in participating in the StrataSphere Program trial, run by Randwick, Waverley, and Woollahra Councils. Strata building will receive free expert advice and support to implement energy efficiency upgrades.

Building eligibility criteria:
  • Located in Waverley, Woollahra or Randwick Local Government Areas
  • Strata Scheme titled
  • Building size: between 4 lots and 24 lots
Please make sure your building can:
✅ Nominate a key contact person to liaise with regarding on-site access, building information and implementation solutions.

✅ Have an active Strata Committee that can approve and implement recommended energy-saving measures and has the financial capacity to do so.

✅ Provide written approval for participation in the trial, including:
  • Access to electricity data
  • Permission to be part of a case study to be published on Council's website

Before you start: You will be asked to upload a copy of a recent electricity and gas bill for your common area accounts and enter your SP number. For easier completion, it will be helpful to obtain them before you start the survey.

What to expect after submitting this form:
1) We will review and contact you if eligible
2) You will be matched with a consultant
3) Join an intro session with Council + your consultant
4) Start your tailored sustainability journey
