Any cancellations made after 48 hours before an event are subject to a $50 cancellation fee which will be taken from your account and added to the payout for the volunteers on the night of your cancellation. There is a spreadsheet sample provided on the Facebook Group site which outlines an easy way to maintain the total of your funds. Each month, it is the responsibility of each volunteer to submit a Survey Monkey outlining the total in their records to be compared with the recorded totals in the Good Neighbors Funding Futures' records. It is not the responsibility of Good Neighbors Funding Futures to report account totals to volunteers, as these funds are to be used as donations to organizations which work toward the betterment of the mind, body and spirit, and not personal payments.
