Midwife Admitting Privileges

Midwives around the country are trying to get admitting privileges. Ideally, becoming voting medical staff is the gold standard, but gaining admitting privileges is a start. ACNM is working to develop a list of hospitals where midwives do not need a physician's signature to admit, so your participation would be appreciated. This information will help ACNM as we prepare for our federal privileging legislation.

2.What is the name of your institution?
3.Where is it located (city and state)
4.If your hospital is part of a larger health system, what is the name of that system?
5.Are midwife admitting privileges consistent across hospitals in this system?
