Join Team Leader Heba every Sunday at 9:30 AM for a brisk 1-hour mall walk. This session is open to women of all ages and fitness levels. We’ll finish the walk with a coffee and a social chat.

- When: Sundays at 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
- Duration: 1 hour (plus post-walk social)
- Where: Park Avenue Mall. Meeting point in front of Paul Cafe ground floor. Nearest Gate #3
