Review - Update Survey...

A lot has happened in the world in the past 18 months. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the long-delayed classification review for workers employed at Launch!

Whilst Launch are now seemingly engaging in the initial stages of a classification review, it is yet to be seen that this is in good faith.

To determine ASU members highest priorities in bargaining and whether that is still the classification review, we have put together a survey. Please complete the survey, encourage other members to do the same and share with non-members!

Interrupting or stopping work to hand out flyers to service users, staff and/or other members of the public about the EA campaign?

Interrupting or stopping work to place EA campaign material in/on windows, work vehicles and outside of buildings?

Interrupting or stopping work to display EA campaign flyers on walls, windows, and in areas normally used for service signage?

Work stoppages of up to 24 hours’ duration or shorter periods of time?

An indefinite or periodic ban on attending supervision meetings and/or completing documents relating to supervision?

An indefinite or periodic ban on processing invoices and sending them to management to process? 9. An indefinite or periodic ban on answering external phone calls?

Interrupting or stopping work for the purpose of speaking to the media and/or public about the EA campaign?

An indefinite or periodic ban on attending meetings, including but not limited to team meetings, CEO briefings or information meetings?

Interrupting or stopping work periodically, over an indefinite period or for specified periods, to: (a) type or re -type a statement or statements in emails, including but not limited to in email signatures, about the proposed enterprise agreement and/or the ASU campaign; and/or (b) to change fonts, font sizes and/or font colours in emails.

Refusing to work any overtime and/or any hours in addition to an employee’s rostered or contracted hours of work?

Interrupting or stopping work periodically, over an indefinite period or for specified periods, to: (a) Change Zoom/Teams background; and/or (b) Change Zoom/Teams name to “taking industrial action”

Ban on using Zoom/Teams video that does not contain a graphic about the industrial action and/or QR code link to newsletter about it?

Interrupting or stopping work to change voicemail to advise callers of industrial action?

Interrupting or stopping work to copy managers into irrelevant emails?

An indefinite or periodic ban on not opening, updating, or closing support periods, or submitting reports relating to Validata to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare?

An indefinite or periodic ban on entering case notes, instead sending them in a word document to a manager at the end of the day?

An indefinite or periodic ban on entering leave requests in the leave database and instead emailing leave requests to their manager?

An indefinite or periodic ban on everyone not having lunch at the same time?

An indefinite or periodic ban on locking up the cheque book and roller door at the end of the day?

An indefinite or periodic ban on uploading client consent, Centrelink consent or Centrelink income statements to the database?

An indefinite or periodic ban on completing internal and external reporting requirements such as completing the Department of Justice report?
