Register for the Student Company of the Year competition - 18th March at the COMIS HOTEL

Every student who takes part in the competition has to attend the rehearsals and trade stand set up the evening before at the Comis Hotel. Tuesday 17th March.
1.Student Company Name (not product name)(Required.)
2.Please list all the names of the students in your team
3.Please list the name of the main contact for your team and a mobile number(Required.)
4.Which school do you attend?(Required.)
5.Do you require a plug for your trade stand?(Required.)
6.Will you need to use the JA card reader to take payments for your product? There will be a 5% charge for this(Required.)
7.Please use this box to let us know if any student has special dietary requirements, including their name. This is important for catering.
