This survey is designed to capture quality of life issues experienced by the people who live, work and play in Stoughton.
This survey is supported by the City of Stoughton. It includes 60 questions total and should take 20 minutes to complete. It is designed for people over the age of 18 who spend time in Stoughton at least once a week.
