The information you give will provide vital evidence about why carers should be supported. The survey will take around 18 minutes to complete, depending on the level of detail that you wish to provide. It is anonymous, but there is a gift voucher draw for those who give their contact details at the end.
You are a carer if you look after a family member, friend or neighbour who, without your support, would not be able to manage. They may have a physical or learning disability, dementia, mental health problems, may misuse drugs or alcohol or may be ill or frail.
