Primary Arts Go and See Theatre - Booking Request Waitlist Form

Thank you for your interest in Go & See Theatre, delivered in partnership by A New Direction and Polka Theatre as part of the Primary Arts programme.

Please complete this booking request form to start the booking process. Due to limited spaces on the programme, completing this form does not guarantee tickets for your school. We will review all booking requests and aim to offer places to as many schools as possible. Booking requests closed on Wednesday 1 May at noon.

Go & See Theatre is open to Key Stage 2 pupils in state mainstream and SEND primary settings across all London boroughs. We are able to offer free tickets to one year group per school.

Please highlight your first choice and second choice of performance that you would like to take your pupils to. You can find information about each of the productions (here).

Please also indicate whether you would like to attend the CPD event and tell us how many teachers will attend. The CPD will be delivered by our partners at the Polka Theatre.
