Eligibility Period
The eligibility for the award is from the 2020-21 season.
Official of the Year
The recipient of this award will be an official that has shown outstanding ability over the award period. The award will be open to all current affiliated National Advisory Scheme officials.
Criteria
The winner of this award will be awarded based on the following criteria, and will be at the sole discretion of the judging panel.
· Minimum National Umpire qualification
· Must have officiated at an Association level event
· Shown passion and commitment to officiating
. Have a sound knowledge of all laws
· Has shown ability to pass knowledge onto other officials in the way of training sessions or similar
This award will be judged by members of the State Officiating Committee.

This award will be judged by members of the State Officiating Committee.
The Club may provide information by completing this survey and submitting by no later than 2nd April 2021.
The Panel will then consider all nominees and determine the nominees to be shortlisted as finalists. Following this the Officiating Advisory Group and Board will adjudicate a winner.
Finalists will be invited to attend the Bowls SA Awards Night on Friday 21st May 2021 to be held at Morphettville Racecourse.
