As we move forward towards developing our next five-year-plan, the Yellowjackets are seeking input from everyone within the organization.  We respectfully ask that you take a few minutes to answer this blind survey candidly.  The data we collect from this survey will be used to drive discussions on how we can better serve all members of our organization.  We eagerly await your responses.  Thank you very much for your time.
