Post-Arbitration Survey

Local Rule 3228 requires parties and/or their attorneys to submit this survey within ten (10) days of the arbitration award. Your responses will help the court improve its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) programs and will be included in statistical reports. Trial judges and non-ADR court staff do not see specific surveys. Surveys are not provided to Arbitrators unless all parties request forwarding.
