PPI Fees

This is one of the most disturbing issues in the PPI. Due to the multiple layering of the industry by NAMFS membership by time the money, if it does, gets to Labor the fees have become so diluted they do not cover expenses. Your Thoughts???

* 4. Do you feel the PPI needs a third party mediator that would be able to have legal standing for conflict resolution to hold companies subbing work accountable for not paying in a timely manner

* 6. Do you feel that all companies “subbing” work should be mandated to carry a surety bond with clause in the contracts that allows you to attach immediately upon a nonpayment issue?

* 7. Are you of the opinion the all “subbing” (with the exception of trade specific services) needs to stop on every level of the PPI and that work needs to be directly assigned to those that will physically complete the services?

* 8. Currently many companies deduct and additional type of discount or penalty for a mistake you make or late work. Do you think that should work both ways, for example if you’re sent to a wrong address and have to spend extra time gathering the required information, should you receive an additional 10% on that work order?
