2026 Tablelands Disability Expo Stallholder EOI

Thank you for your interest in being a stallholder at the 2026 Tablelands Disability Expo!

As this is a free community event, stallholder spaces are limited and demand may exceed availability. Please note that submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee a stall allocation.

To ensure attendees have access to a diverse, inclusive, and valuable range of information, Disability Matters will review all applications and select stallholders who best contribute to the overall experience of the Expo.

1.Disability Matter's is collecting the following information for the purpose of assessing and managing applications to participate as a stallholder at the 2026 Tablelands Disability Expo.

12.All stallholders will receive two chairs and a trestle table free of charge. Do you require power for your stall?(Required.)
13.All stallholders are required to provide a public liability certificate of currency up to $20,000,000. Is this something you currently hold and can provide?(Required.)
14.Please agree that you would staff your stall for the entirety of the event (9am - 1pm).(Required.)
15.If successful, we will be in touch early September to confirm your space and provide some additional information relating to bumping in / out on the day. Please use the comment box below if you would like to add any further information regarding your EOI.
