ITC SheTrades and UPS Project in India: Call for Applications!
The International Trade Centre (ITC), joint agency of the United Nations and World Trade Organization, has the goal of expanding trade opportunities for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, and fostering sustainable development. Within ITC, the SheTrades Initiative aims to connect three million women to markets by 2021.
ITC SheTrades and the logistics giant, UPS have joined forces in their shared mission to help women-owned businesses succeed in international markets. Under this partnership, we work to provide training, skills and growth opportunities that allow women entrepreneurs to better understand and benefit from trade. Our project is aligned with the UPS Women Exporters Program, designed to train thousands of women.
As the project continues to expand, we are delighted to announce the launch of the SheTrades and UPS Project in India! As such, we herewith open the official call for applications.
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and the ‘new normal’ in business, we kindly ask you to spend just 15 minutes answering some questions to help us understand how we can tailor our activities in India to your specific needs. Please note that it is mandatory to complete the survey to participate in the project activities and receive all information offerings. If a question is not applicable to your company, kindly type N/A.
