Longmont, name that neighborhood!

We received so many wonderful name suggestions that we have four possibilities for the final round of voting! Please rank the names below, with #1 as your favorite and #4 as your least favorite.

* 1. Rank the possible names for the name the new mixed-use, below-market-rate workforce housing community on Coffman Street in Longmont.

The Spoke on Coffman | "I'm so excited about this project - what an exciting next step for Longmont! When I thought of the St. Vrain Community Hub (and the word HUB), I immediately thought of the word "SPOKE" as the two buildings will be "tied" together to provide services for residents and to support stable housing and healthier households within Longmont, as well as, needed downtown parking and a gathering/work place at the (hopefully included) cafe. The Hub and Spoke model is used in airports, healthcare and even marketing strategy. Hubs and Spokes are essential to a bicycle wheel ... allowing the bicycle to be more stable, durable and to carry more load. I love that many entities within the city are coming together to create a vibrant, mixed-use development that will help make our community stronger and embrace diversity."

Coffman Connection | This vibrant, mixed use project has brought together so many partners and will be a future place for residents, businesses, neighbors and community members to connect.

Aspire at Coffman | "I think it gives the neighborhood something to look up to, to achieve. We all “aspire” to be great and this housing district will give individuals and families the opportunity to live up to their full potential."
