Training Needs Survey for Professionals Working with Children & Families in East Gippsland |
1. Survey Purpose
The Children's Wellbeing Collective (a partnership of agencies working together to support children to thrive in East Gippsland) is developing a shared professional development plan for 2017. The purpose of this survey is to identify training that has previously been undertaken and to identify what the future training needs are in the following areas;
- Service Access
- Children's Social and Emotional Wellbeing
- Family Violence
- Children with Additional Needs
This will inform what professional development and training the Children's Wellbeing Collective will jointly look to support to be offered to professionals working with children and families in East Gippsland and to secure resources to do so.
