We are excited to announce the HIV 50+ Community Education Project, which focuses on improving health education and well-being for individuals over 50 living with HIV. NMAC aims to provide resourceful materials to increase understanding of how to manage HIV and prevent additional health issues or comorbidities.

The HIV 50+ Community Education Project is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to manage and prevent comorbidities and make informed health decisions. Our team of public health advocates and practitioners develop each module to ensure it is informative and engaging. Participants will have access to a network with monthly calls and mentorship and receive a certificate upon completing each module.

Please complete this form to register for this project. Email notifications will be sent to all registrants to inform them of their eligibility status after registration as closed.
