Each February, members of Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer and the Board of Directors gather to recap the previous year in soccer, look forward to the current year, vote on changes to bylaws & constitution and hold elections. All voting members are required to be represented at the AGM. As per Article VIII of the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Constitution, the person designated on the Annual Registration Form as President, Primary Organization Contact or Intramural/Recreation Director is recognized as the representative entitled to represent and vote.
An alternate delegate may be sent with written authorization from the above official representatives. Please email Meghan Petroski (mpetroski@epysa.org) with that authorization. Member organizations failing to send a representative are subject to be fined. Organizations may send additional guests, however only the person listed as the primary delegate will vote on behalf of the organization they are representing.
Information regarding proposed Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer by-law amendments and policy updates will be communicated, in accordance with our by-laws, 30 days before the AGM.
Check-in begins at 8:30 AM on Saturday, February 28th. The meeting starts promptly at 10:00 AM. You must RSVP by Friday, February 10th.
