The Northern Ireland Judicial Appointment Commission (NIJAC) is seeking your opinions and perceptions on the methods we use to shortlist applicants for judicial office.
The purpose of shortlisting is so that applicants with the best prospects for success in judicial office are identified for progression to the final assessment stage.
NIJAC is undertaking a review of its shortlisting methods and is keen to know your opinions on, and perceptions of, the methodologies used.
