The April 11 Forum will engage Fellows in a speed coaching session with this year’s Next Generation Executives (NGE). The event is a fast-paced opportunity to get relevant, valuable feedback and ideas on real challenges that you are facing at work and to help you feel empowered and confident about your next steps to address the issue.
You will participate in a series of 15-minute speed coaching sessions where you will be part of a group that will each have a few brief minutes to describe your career challenge and ask for specific feedback. There will be many groups operating simultaneously, clustered around five different content areas. Please select one group that aligns best with a leadership question of current concern for you and submit the form by clicking DONE at the end of the survey. Before the April 11 Forum you will be advised of the assigned group and session number based on availability. Each group will have approximately 10 – 15 Fellows.
