Evaluate strategies for prevention and management of pain during cesarean delivery, including adjustments to neuraxial dosing, supplemental anesthesia, and conversion to general anesthesia when appropriate.
Discuss the role of communication and patient perception in shaping the experience of pain and distress during cesarean birth.
