Hi there potential puppy owners. :) Thanks for taking the time to fill out our personally designed questionnaire.

If you could leave me your email address in the name/address section I would be grateful.

This questionnaire allows us to get to know you better. It also gets you thinking about some of the needs of a border collie, therefore preparing you for your new addition or even on the odd chance; notifying you it is not the breed for you. Please answer honestly.
