Given the reduction in elective time and the anticipated difficulty in completing off- site electives during COVID-19, the Western General Surgery residency program is hosting several events to help provide information and answer questions about our program, and why you should train at the best surgical program in Canada!
Our third event, focusing on the many female leaders of the Western program will take place on Sun Oct 4 at 7 PM via Zoom. Many of our female faculty and residents will present on various topics and are looking forward to answering questions and discussing life as a woman surgeon. While the focus of the session is women in surgery, all applicants are welcome!

At our last session we had some party- crashers and as such will only be sending links to those emails from hospital (ie @lhsc.on.ca) or university (@uwo.ca) emails. We promise to only use your email to send information about this and other similar events. Feel free to submit questions ahead of time or during the session- all questions will be anonymized.
