100% of survey complete.
The International Parking Institute (IPI) has launched a new initiative to advance the parking profession. You have heard the presentations and read the articles all about “Big Data.” You are probably even collecting and studying KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as a tool as more effective management of limited resources.

IPI collected, aggregated, analyzed, and published research for the 2016 IPI Conference & Expo in Nashville, Tenn. We have expanded this survey in preparation for the next publication in the series, to be released in Spring 2017.

This version of the survey has been amended to apply to commercial operators. We are requesting a single response from each commercial parking operator, to avoid duplication.

This survey is a critical step to collect specific data on our members and our industry. All data will be aggregated and anonymized prior to sharing these valuable benchmarks for our industry.

Your responses will be held in the strictest of confidence, and remain anonymous. We recognize the sensitivity of the answers to your organization. Data will only be released in aggregate form.

Now is your chance to benchmark your organization and contribute to this ongoing research project. We have assembled 11 short questions that take less than ten minutes to answer, and will provide invaluable data that IPI will share with our industry in this informational series.

Please respond by March 6, 2017.
