Switzerland’s First National Pulse on Sustainability Professionals
This survey provides a data-driven, people-centered snapshot of what is shaping Switzerland’s sustainability ecosystem - directly from the professionals and change makers driving it.
While many reports assess sustainability at the organizational level, what’s been missing is a clear understanding of the people behind it — their resilience, their challenges, and what it really takes to drive impact from within.

The Barometer is designed to answer three key questions:

  • What is the real state of sustainability professionals in Switzerland/ what does it feel like, and what does it take to drive impact?
  • How embedded and effective is sustainability within organizations?
  • Where are the biggest gaps and opportunities to accelerate systemic progress?

Our objective is to translate these insights into actionable outcomes: enabling organizations to benchmark themselves and engage where it truly matters.
Your insights will inform the national report (November 2026) and help identify priorities, opportunities, and areas for collective action.
